BROWSING INFORMATION

The user can browse the Web Site and its tools with no need to any prior register.

However, in case of any need to ascertain legal liabilities connected with IT crimes committed against the Web Site and upon lawful request of the competent authorities, we may retain such information for a longer period of time to this end.

IDENTIFICATION DATA

The personal data are processed, by our staff duly identified and authorized to process personal information, solely for the purpose of managing the request of the user, forwarding the request to the competent local points of contact in the country to which the request refers, and dealing with potential follow-up if any.

These personal data will be deleted soon after the completion of the process of management of the request.Our hosting provider, Fondazione Don Gnocchi ONLUS, will store the information on our behalf, as processor, at its premises in Milan, via Capecelatro 66, Italy. Personal data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities, upon their lawful request, for prosecution of crimes or in any other case provided by the law.

In case of processing of personal data, the user may ask at any time the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of its data in our database, of the source of the data, to obtain the rectification, or anonimization if possible, of the data or their deletion for legitimate reasons.
